The one design choice that matters most
Every vendor above lets an assistant act inside a data room. They split on one question: does the assistant also read the document text?
Servers that read text can summarize clauses, compare versions and answer diligence questions. That is useful, and it also means hidden instructions inside a file can reach the model.
SendNow chose not to return document text. Its assistant creates rooms, sets security, issues links and reads analytics, but it cannot summarize or quote your files. If you need summaries, pick a server that reads. If your files come from counterparties you do not control, weigh the trade-off. Our MCP security checklist covers how to test either design.
