Connect SendNow to Claude

Claude lets you set permissions per tool
In your connector settings, Claude groups SendNow's tools and lets you decide when each one may run. Eleven of the 24 tools are read-only: listing documents, reading analytics, checking your account. You can allow those freely and keep Claude asking before anything that changes your account.
When Claude wants to run a tool it shows what it is about to do and offers Allow once, Always allow or Decline. For a data room this is a useful second layer on top of SendNow's own rule that deletes need a named confirmation.

What Claude cannot do here
- It cannot read the text inside your documents. No SendNow tool returns it.
- It cannot delete anything without naming the file or link and getting your confirmation.
- It cannot use settings your plan does not include. NDA gates and screenshot blocking need Pro, and allowed viewers and dynamic watermarks need Business.
- Check key numbers in the dashboard before you quote them to someone.
