Do I need SendNow to use the generated prompt?
Yes. The prompt calls tools on the SendNow MCP server, so you connect SendNow to Claude or ChatGPT first. Connecting works on any plan. Creating data rooms needs a plan that includes them, from $19/month.
Which settings need a paid plan?
An NDA gate and screenshot blocking need Pro. Allowed-viewer lists need Business. Email verification, expiry dates and download blocking work on every plan. The assistant tells you if a setting is not on your plan.
Do my file names leave this page?
No. The prompt is built in your browser. Nothing you type here is sent to SendNow until you paste the prompt into your own assistant.
What if my files are not in SendNow yet?
Attach them in the chat and the assistant uploads them first. For very large files it gives you a one-time browser upload link.
