Connect SendNow to ChatGPT

SendNow is under review for the ChatGPT app directory. Once it is approved you will find it under Apps in ChatGPT: click Connect, sign in to SendNow, and allow access.

Until then, ChatGPT can reach a remote MCP server through a custom connector if your plan and workspace settings allow it. The values are a name (SendNow), the server URL https://share.sendnow.live/mcp, and OAuth as the authentication method. See the setup guide and video.

Attach the file to your message and say what rules you want:

Upload this PDF to SendNow and create a secure link. Require email verification, turn downloads off, and expire it in 14 days.

Why not just use ChatGPT's share link?

ChatGPT's built-in share link shares a conversation. It has no viewer analytics, no per-person access and no way to switch off one recipient while keeping a record. A SendNow link shares the document itself, in a viewer, with rules you control and a log of who opened it.

Limits to know

ChatGPT is not yet in the app directory, so you use a custom connector today. Availability depends on your ChatGPT plan and, in a workspace, on your admin.
ChatGPT cannot read your document text through SendNow.
NDA gates and screenshot blocking need Pro, and allowed viewers and dynamic watermarks need Business.
Verify key analytics in the dashboard before you quote them.
