When you hit your document limit
Every plan caps how many documents you can have at once. Past that, uploading pauses until you upgrade or free up space.

Know your plan's limit
Free and Trial allow 2 documents, Lite 5, Pro 100, and Business 300.

See the upload card change
Browse file becomes Limit reached, and the paste-a-URL field disables too.

Upgrade, or make room
Clicking the disabled button takes you straight to Pricing. Or delete a document you no longer need — see Deleting a Document.
Good to know
- The limit counts standalone documents only — files inside a MicroSite are tracked separately, on their own plan.
- Nothing is silently rejected: every blocked upload tells you why and offers the upgrade path.
