What you can upload, and how much
PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, images, and video are all supported — with a few ceilings that depend on your plan.

Pick a supported format
PDF, DOCX (not the older .doc), XLS/XLSX, CSV, PPTX, common image types, and MP4/MOV/WEBM video.

Stay under your plan's per-file ceiling
Lite allows up to 500MB per file, Pro up to 2GB, and Business up to 10GB. A file over that limit is blocked before the upload starts.

Watch two extra ceilings
Word documents (.docx) are capped at 25MB on every plan, and PDFs are capped at 300 pages.
Good to know
- PowerPoint decks with embedded video or audio are a Business plan feature — a plain .pptx still uploads fine on any plan.
- Your plan also has a total storage allowance, separate from the per-file ceiling above — see Document Limits & Upgrading.
- Legacy Word files (.doc) aren't supported — save as .docx first and try again.
