Anthropic Integration · Setup Guide

Connect to Claude

In Claude, open Settings → Connectors.

Click “Add custom connector”.

Name it SendNow and paste this URL: https://share.sendnow.live/mcp

Click Connect, sign in to SendNow, and click Allow access.

Start a chat and ask SendNow to do something.

Note: SendNow is under review for Claude's Connectors Directory. Once it's listed, you'll be able to add it in one click from the directory.

OpenAI Integration

Connect to ChatGPT

SendNow is under review for the ChatGPT app directory. Once it's approved, you'll find it under Apps in ChatGPT. Click Connect, sign in to SendNow, and allow access.

SendNow runs on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard AI assistants use to connect to apps. Any MCP client that supports remote servers with OAuth can connect.

You choose what to connect.

Access is limited to your own SendNow account and only the permissions you approve.

Nothing happens without you asking.

Your assistant only acts when you tell it to, and it confirms before deleting anything.

No AI training on your documents.

We don't let your document contents be used to train AI models through this integration.

Disconnect anytime.

Remove SendNow in your assistant's settings, and your access tokens are deleted.

FAQ

Do I need a paid SendNow plan?

No. You can connect on any plan. Some security features, like NDA gates, allowed-viewer lists, watermarks and data rooms, need a paid plan, and your assistant will tell you if a setting isn't available on yours.

Can ChatGPT or Claude read my documents?

It can see document names, details, links and viewer analytics, so it can answer your questions. It only accesses what's needed for what you ask.

Can the AI delete my files?

Only if you ask, and it confirms the exact file before doing it. Deleting is permanent, so if you just want to stop someone's access, ask it to revoke the link instead.
